* Many people have asked, How long have you been doing photography. There are several answers to this, but there are two major moments that I consider. 2005, when my father gave me a digital Nikon D40 and I began taking photos. Then, 2012 when I was paid $100 to photograph a book conference. If you consider the year I became a professional who’s entire life was based on photography, that would be 2014.
